The council s tarmac administrative trap.,and Final action steps.points to make note off, point 1 the council quietly used there planning permission to pour Tarmac ,over the crazy golf course trajectory.and clear space to force a Skatepark in the space the maze once stood ..they completely ignored our signature count of this petition claiming it was to late in the day and acted with the pure intent of changing the former garden layout beyond there historical character and trajectory forever. however point num 2 that you can use in evidence against the council if you require to backtrack and take a look at the article in Grimsby live that covers our petition you will see on the 24th September 2026 the council made a statement to Grimsby live defending the project stating that removed features will be restored ,in my previous update there is a descriptive list of all removed features ,having permission to lay tarmac does not excuse them from this promise. Dear Councillors, as a local resident and taxpayer,if applicable, I am lodging a stage 1 corporate formal complaint,regarding the ongoing Pier garden project,the council official statement to grimsby live was that on completion of the project,the features would be restored.and were taken out for refurbishment.proceeding with a Skate park ,is no intention of replicating close imitations of our lovely Former green spaces,historic paths Maze and historic golf trajectory.adjacent to the sight is a Misleading administrative practice, I demand this complaint be registered under the Formal complaints,procedure issued with a tracking number. Furthermore, as a local constituent I am directly holding Councilor,Oliver Freeston , accountable for deliberately denying Final layout changes to the project.refusing to stand up for a 1,000 plus signature petition whilst claiming on camera to ITV our signatures would go nowhere,is a deliberate predetermined dismissal please be advised I will be withholding my vote from Councillor freeston at the next local election.due to his total failure of representation even in his own constituency.
