Revealing Hidden Agendas & Fighting Wrongful CA Legislation From Harming Our Cities...

The Issue

In April of 2023, I began this petition on the basis of moving a building that did not fit in the location where it was to be placed.  I knew that it was not the cities that I had to press against but the County Board of Supervisors.  The (LABOS) Consists of 5 districts which means 5 votes that can make or break legislation in an area.

For the Building in question, this petition has grown with support from voters in many cities that have similar problems that also need support.  Now in October of 2023, this Petition has grown to over 5000+ Voters who want change. I have done my best to continue to support not just the 740 project but other important agendas in Glendora, Hacienda Heights, Claremont, LaPuente, Walnut, and hopefully more as the fight against changes needs to happen now.

In 2024, we will Vote, and all of us need to know who we are voting for and why. How will the Help or Hurt our City? The more you know the better prepared you will be...

The L.A. County Supervisors (without public notification) were choosing to allow a company known as National CORE to build a 5-story building on .64 acres of land outside of Foxglen Housing along Foothill Blvd.

This Unique building is designed to house low-income and formally homeless occupants in a 54-unit dwelling.  The current location is within walking distance of one childcare facility, an elementary school, and one intermediate school.

All other main retail facilities are more than a mile away and may exhaust the current mass transit system. The location of this projected housing building can have a financial negative effect on many of the housing units in the Foxglen Housing Complex and the Surrounding Area.

The Goal of this partition is to notify the L.A. County Supervisors that we the Residents of LaVerne and San Dimas Oppose this venture and do not want any building of this size for this purpose at this location.
