Councillor Sreeni Pillamarri Takes Residents' Concerns to Council

Sydney Olympic Park residents’ concerns over the proposed 100% mass housing commission estate on Edwin Flack Avenue have been brought before Parramatta Council tonight, with Councillor Sreeni Pillamarri tabling a motion and handing up our petition and highlighting the necessity for critical infrastructure and essential services before a development of this nature. 

We thank Cr Pillamarri for taking a proactive approach, listening to residents and bringing the concerns of the Sydney Olympic Park community to Council regarding this significant and contentious development.

Residents deserve to have their voices heard, and the area’s essential infrastructure and services must be properly considered in the planning process to ensure the needs of the existing and future community are addressed.
