Bollards Hills passes - reduced parking, unproven slip-lane alterations and closures by July '27

Bollards, wide sidewalks, lost parking and Park Avenue open for events.

Kids will have to play on the slip-lane during events, blocked only by lines of bollards from the traffic on Park Avenue. Sidewalks will be widened to accommodate tables for Il Mio. Pedestrians will just have to walk around the tables. Unproven change to parallel parking on the slip-lane will slow up the lane and limit its' storage capacity to filter traffic. Approved last night by all trustees, with no measurable resident support.
