SHOW us the Data first before recklessly spending this amount of TIF, with no proof of a positive return on this exorbitant investment. Removal of left-turn from our slip-lane BLOCKS resident accessibility to all merchants, including the new Sparrow Coffee shop, before it even has a chance to open. No Data supports this change. Removal of diagonal parking to fewer parallel spots on our single-lane escape-lane. When customers wait for spots and maneuver into and out of parallel spots, it takes much more time, and large BACK-UPS will occur. Extra wait time will needlessly block the slip-lane.
