Is this really the best use of this large double residential lot? Or would it be better to keep this piece of land so close to our downtown for a community use - underground parking and a beautiful, new library that ALL residents would use for decades to come (our current library has a failing roof and boiler)? It certainly warrants more study before being quickly sold to a private developer for an oversized condo/hotel/commercial building.
