Burr Ridge paying business owner for loss in sales. Changing the main traffic artery  pattern and eliminating storefront parking has real consequences - BR proves it. Who will foot the bill when our CH businesses lose sales if a plaza limiting access to our downtown commerce district is approved? Our small shops lost sales during the test closure in May - as much as 40%. We cannot take the risk of having permanent losses in Clarendon Hills.
