The CH Plaza Plan has failed its TEST. The May, 2025 Triangle/Turn-Lane "Test Closure" caused dangerous situation and conditions. This CONFIRMS that No Plaza should replace our current, safe, proven and vital vehicle and pedestrian traffic arteries and patterns in our small, space constrained 1-block commuter train Village. NO PLAZA.
