Can they justify 24hr opening???

This is the view from my garden now 

All the lights have been turned off, as authorised by MFG. surely they now can’t continue with the planning application. They have agreed that the garage lights being left on, as if they are open, are causing anti social behaviour and noise nuisance, that they agreed they should be turned off and have an area manager regularly checking that this is adhered to. I cannot see how the council will allow these plans to go ahead m, when it has already been accepted that the garage causes a nuisance to the surrounding residents and businesses x
