Help stop the plans going ahead

These are the plans that have been submitted and there are several homes including mine, that haven’t been submitted, as if for some reason if our house number isn’t there we won’t be affected. We will all be subjected to the noise nuisance and anti social behaviour and our homes will be not be protected, with no privacy or any regards for our safety or well being. Electric car chargers, sub station, jet washes and petrol, just a few feet away from our homes and local businesses. Not a good combination fir health and safety and fire risk, when we are not allowed to have a bbq in our garden because of the risk to the petrol station. Not allowed a mobile phone on the forecourt due to fire hazard, how is any of  this justifiable in a heavily built up residential area ???
