One of the #savetheriverbottoms folks got this update via email from the folks at MNPass. We really can’t make this stuff up. The @mndot is spending many millions of dollars to raise the I35W bridge over the MN River OUT OF THE FLOOD PLAIN while the @mn_dnr and @bloomingtonmn want to spend millions to build a paved trail in the very same floodplain.
