"Thank you for those who signed the petition, we are very grateful for your support! The DPI confirmed last night that they are going ahead with the killing of our bees this Friday 7 October. We are devastated. We urgently need many more signatures so please share this petition widely with anyone that might be interested. We will keep fighting for our environment, our bees and for affected beekeepers. Your support with this petition has provided great comfort to Dolfi's family. However, unfortunately, the state government is only obligated to respond to petitions with over 20,000 signatures. It's a long shot, but we might as well try.
