• Diesel generator pollution linked to asthma, heart disease, and premature death
• 24/7 industrial noise causing stress and sleep disruption up to 3 miles from the center
• Extreme heat output worsening Florida’s already dangerous summers up to 3 additional degrees.

🌿 Ecological Cost — Protect Our Ecosystem
• Massive water consumption threatening the Floridan Aquifer
• Risk of PFAS (“forever chemicals”) contaminating soil and waterways
• Minimal long-term job creation compared to environmental cost

We urge Nassau County officials to:
• Deny all zoning variances and Special Use permits for NextNRG
• Enact a moratorium on data center development
• Pass protections ensuring corporations—not residents—pay 100% of infrastructure and environmental costs
