Hi everyone,

Can we just say a massive thank you for your support! When the four of us started this petition after seeing the behaviour in parliament we never expected 60,000 people to sign up! Watching the number on the petition page rise and rise the past few days has shown that it’s not just us that expects better from our politicians.

We’re the four people who started it but there loads of other young people with us on this. We titled the campaign #IfWeDidThis because it sums up the problem and the solution. #IfWeDidThis kind of thing we wouldn’t get away with it. But, #IfWeDidThis job we’d take our responsibilities seriously.

It’s hard when you want to make a change, but you’re not given the chance. Well this is our chance.
