APPEAL HAS BEEN FILED!

Thank you so much, friends, for your support in this process. I know things have gotten heated on social platforms, but you guys have stayed strong and helped us get the word out to keep Marion rural. We could not do this without you!
Let’s not stop now!! We have filed appeals with the county and with the state (who will review the county’s findings for neutrality) as well as requesting investigations from UDOT to confirm this project as it was approved by the county is allowable according to their own due diligence.
This entire issue calls out a MUCH bigger problem: we lack representation on county council. Please join us on Sunday, 10/30/22 at Cattlemens Hall in Oakley- drop in any time from 1:00 to 4:00 to meet with Jack Murphy, candidate for County Council, who is running on a platform to be a voice for ALL of Summit County. Elections are right around the corner and we have an opportunity to put someone in County Council who will represent US.
