We, the undersigned, call on the international community to take immediate action to stop the ongoing massacres and ethnic cleansing in Syria’s coastal region. Innocent civilians—men, women, and children—are being targeted and slaughtered solely because of their Alawite identity.

The terrorist group Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), along with factions under its command—ISIS (Daesh), Hurras al-Din, and Jabhat al-Nusra—are committing systematic executions. Many of these fighters are foreign extremists, including Chechens, Afghans, and others, who have been funneled into Syria to wage jihadist warfare.

These groups openly incite their militants through social media, live broadcasts, and leaked recordings, urging them to carry out massacres without filming. This is clear evidence that their actions are deliberate, systematic, and organized—far beyond random acts of violence. Yet, despite their attempts to conceal these crimes, hundreds of leaked videos show identity-based executions, proving the horrifying extent of their atrocities.

The Turkish government, under President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is providing direct support and cover for these crimes. Instead of stopping the bloodshed, Turkey is enabling, funding, and facilitating the movements of these terrorist factions, making it a complicit actor in these war crimes.

This situation constitutes ethnic cleansing, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. The world must not remain silent in the face of such atrocities.

We demand immediate action from:

 • The United Nations Security Council to convene an emergency session and take measures to stop the killings.

 • The United States, European Union, and other world powers to impose sanctions on those responsible and hold them accountable.

 • International human rights organizations to document and expose these crimes to the world.

Time is running out. The people of Syria’s coastal region are being exterminated based on their identity. We must act now to stop this genocide before it is too late.

نحن الموقعون أدناه، نناشد المجتمع الدولي اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لوقف المجازر الجارية والتطهير العرقي في منطقة الساحل السوري. يتم استهداف المدنيين الأبرياء - من الرجال والنساء والأطفال - وذبحهم فقط بسبب هويتهم العلوية.

تقوم جماعة “هيئة تحرير الشام” (HTS)، جنبًا إلى جنب مع الفصائل تحت قيادتها - داعش (تنظيم الدولة)، حراس الدين، وجبهة النصرة - بارتكاب عمليات إعدام منهجية. العديد من هؤلاء المقاتلين هم متطرفون أجانب، بما في ذلك الشيشان، والأفغان، وغيرهم، الذين تم نقلهم إلى سوريا لخوض الحروب الجهادية.

تقوم هذه الجماعات بالتحريض العلني على مجنديها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والبث المباشر، والتسجيلات المسربة، داعية إياهم لتنفيذ المجازر دون تصوير. وهذا دليل واضح على أن أفعالهم متعمدة ومنهجية ومنظمة - وهو أبعد من مجرد أعمال عشوائية من العنف. ومع محاولاتهم إخفاء هذه الجرائم، تظهر مئات مقاطع الفيديو المسربة عمليات إعدام تستهدف الهوية، مما يثبت مدى فظاعة جرائمهم.

الحكومة التركية، تحت قيادة الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان، تقدم الدعم المباشر والتغطية لهذه الجرائم. بدلاً من وقف سفك الدماء، فإن تركيا تمكّن وتمول وتُسهل تحركات هذه الفصائل الإرهابية، مما يجعلها طرفًا متواطئًا في هذه الجرائم الحربية.

هذا الوضع يشكل تطهيرًا عرقيًا، وجرائم حرب، وجرائم ضد الإنسانية. يجب ألا يبقى العالم صامتًا في مواجهة هذه الفظائع.

نطالب باتخاذ إجراءات فورية من:

• مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة لعقد جلسة طارئة واتخاذ تدابير لوقف القتل.

• الولايات المتحدة، الاتحاد الأوروبي، وقوى العالم الأخرى لفرض عقوبات على المسؤولين ومحاسبتهم.

• منظمات حقوق الإنسان الدولية لتوثيق هذه الجرائم وكشفها للعالم.

الوقت يداهمنا. يتم إبادة سكان منطقة الساحل السوري بناءً على هويتهم. يجب أن نتصرف الآن لوقف هذه الإبادة الجماعية قبل فوات الأوان.
