Thank You for Standing Up for Our Communities!

Thank you for taking the time to attend the October 13 Hampton City Council meeting and for continuing to stand up for our communities. Your presence, commitment, and willingness to speak out against data centers are deeply appreciated.

Although Project Willow (Camp Calvin) was also denied, we recognize that this fight is far from over. Across Georgia, communities are still facing the potential impacts of data center development, and we must remain vigilant, united, and determined to protect our families, our property values, our natural resources, and our quality of life.

Our goal must extend beyond temporary victories and individual moratoriums. While moratoriums are an important first step, we must continue advocating for stronger statewide protections and ultimately a complete ban on data centers in Georgia. Our communities deserve lasting solutions, transparency, and a meaningful voice in decisions that affect our future.

Thank you again for your time, dedication, and continued commitment to this cause. Every person who shows up, speaks out, and stands with our communities makes a difference. Together, we can continue building the momentum needed to protect Georgia for generations to come.

With sincere appreciation and solidarity,

Sena’ Ware
