Hi folks,

Having trawled through the latest licensing data from Natural England, I've been dismayed that some endangered species remain on the list.
So, I have now asked Natural England to stop issuing lethal control licences affecting red-listed species - with immediate effect.

In this day and age when we know that many species are on the brink of extinction, including some of our native birds, there cannot be any reasonable excuse to kill an endangered species, often just because they present an inconvenience to humankind.

I await a response from Natural England. I will update in due course.
