Well, it just gets worse.....
Natural England have failed to respond to my Freedom Of Information request on time, in spite of being legally obliged to do so!
My latest update is HERE.
The request related to a licence that Natural England issued to kill Herring Gulls - and the legal deadline for a response from the agency was 6th August.
This shocking failure to comply with a legal FOI deadline is truly worrying and another sign that Natural England is not fit for purpose.
Please share this far and wide, write to your MP, write to Natural England - this is not acceptable.
We need our voices to be heard.
