Now we are fighting on behalf of 40+ species....

It's been a busy weekend!
As many of you will know, there has been a huge reaction to my blog post revealing that Natural England have, since 2015, issued licences to shoot 40+ species of British birds, many of them RSPB Amber and Red Listed and endangered.
Facebook and Twitter have been buzzing with the news and a great many people are understandably furious that a Government body tasked with protecting nature in England has been sanctioning the destruction of some of our most treasured species.
Many people have asked if there is a petition to stop this. I've decided the best thing to do would be to include those other species under the umbrella of this petition, that is to say we are now campaigning against licences being issued for all of these birds.
It started with us fighting for the raven - now there is even more to protect.
Please continue to sign and share - Natural England need to know that we will not tolerate this.
