[Info] In the early hours of September 27, 2024. I, Jael Rosales and my husband Nathaniel went out to our local bars. While our judgment was impaired. I decided to take a look at our firearm. We both handled the firearm. Sill intoxicated, the firearm misfired. Causing me to be injured. Nathaniel instantly called 911 for medical attention. I am now fully recovered. I am writing this petition, advocating for my husband. Expressing this was accidental. My husband should not be prosecuted to any extent of the law. Thank you,
