Tomorrow morning, we’re taking our message directly to the streets once again.
Just 1.2 miles separate our peaceful protest from the massive ICE concentration camp DHS continues to quietly ramp up in Williamsport while heavily guarding the site and attempting to push this project forward with as little public scrutiny as possible.
We refuse to let this happen in silence.

Friday, June 5
7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Intersection of Artizan & Potomac in Williamsport, MD
This will be a rush hour protest focused on visibility, community pressure, and reminding local officials and DHS that people across Washington County and the entire region are still watching closely and still fighting back.
The proposed facility would bring massive human rights concerns, strain local infrastructure, increase environmental and wastewater risks, and permanently change the character of our community. That’s why every single protest, every sign, every car honk, and every person showing up matters.
Whether you’ve attended one protest or twenty, we would love to have you there.

ALL are welcome. The location is fully accessible and there is free on-street parking nearby. Bring signs, bring friends, bring coworkers, and help us make it impossible for them to ignore the growing opposition to this project.
The pressure we’ve built together over the past several months is working. Let’s keep going.
In solidarity,
Hagerstown Rapid Response
