As far the environment agencies “Permit to Pollute Cornwall” and having read through their 70 page document for their reason's to approve, I have to say, there is a great deal in it that is sound sense, as well as a lot more that is all sound and all nonsense.
The way this is going, it looks like we may have to fund a "Judicial Review" against the Environment agency.
