This has been said many times over the last few months. “You just couldn’t make this up” Over the last two weeks we have found the submitted LVIA is not quite what it seems!! The decision to move the red line boundary has finally happened, where, we do not know!! The promised job creation is actually a deficit of roughly 14,300 man hours!! The ridge and furrow system was apparently only a voluntary gesture to reduce run-off, this will not happen now and no other plan to reduce the risks have been submitted to date!! We could have withheld these vital pieces of information and waited until the strategic planning committee meeting, this I believe may have put the application in a very difficult position, however, being an honest, decent, transparent and upfront bunch, we played it fair. We hope the decision makers and local residents will be afforded the same level of treatment. We are due another round of consultation due to what we have highlighted and the Council requiring more information. Thank you for your continued support, NAG. http://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?previousCaseType=Property&previousKeyVal=OPU1WVFG00B00&activeTab=summary&previousCaseUprn=010093599915&previousCaseNumber=OPU1RHFG00B00&keyVal=OPBXRQFGFYZ00
