Mostafa Nili, the lawyer of one of the sentenced men, confirmed on 10.7.2020, the death sentences by the Supreme Court against Amir Hossein Moradi, Said Tamjidi and Mohammad Rajabivia Twitter! This is also reported by BBC IRAN.

Lawyer Mostafa Nili, writes on Twitter on 10.07.2020:

„Unfortunately, the death sentences of Amir Hossein Moradi, Said Tamjidi and Mohammad Rajabi have been upheld by the Supreme Court in the middle of the appeal process! So far we have not been allowed to have access to the case files. We hope that we can still appeal these sentences.“ (Source Tweet from 10.7.2020)

I ask all undersigned, if not done so, to become active again and to write to the most important decision makers of this petition (text proposals below) or, as explained in the update of July 10, 2020, to write to the Iranian judicial head / representative of the Iranian embassy in Germany.

There are more actions and demonstrations planned, about which I will inform you soon!

We do not accept these execution sentences and condemn this barbaric approach and absolute lack of value for human life.

Es eilt! Der Oberste Gerichtshof im Iran, hat die Todesurteile gegenüber den drei jungen Männern Amir Hossein Moradi, Said Tamjidi und Mohammad Rajabi bestätigt! Der Anwalt eines der drei verurteilten Männer - Mostafa Nili - bestätigte dies 10.07.2020 via Twitter ebenfalls. Somit besteht jetzt dringender Handlungsbedarf!

Die zum Tode verurteilten jungen Männer sind im Zusammenhang mit den Protesten vom November 2019 von iranischen Sicherheitskräften festgenommen worden. Sie müssen freigelassen werden!

Ich fordere hiermit dringend, dass Sie sich für die sofortige Freilassung und Aufhebung der Todesstrafe dieser jungen Männer einsetzen.

It is urgent! The Supreme Court of Iran has confirmed the death sentences of the three young men Amir Hossein Moradi, Said Tamjidi and Mohammad Rajabi! The lawyer of one of these three sentenced men - Mostafa Nili - has also confirmed this via Twitter on 10.07.2020. Therefore there is an urgent need to act now!

These young men sentenced to death have been arrested by Iranian security forces in connection with the protests of November 2019. They must be released!
