Noise Barrier Wall coming soon...

Hello supporters! Since our last update, the building at 901 W Civic Center was fined over $5,000 for noise violations. This prompted the building owners to conduct a noise study, in which a sound engineer came up with a plan to build a 15 foot wall around the cooling tower in order to lower the decibels of noise being emitted from the building. 

Permits were pulled, but construction on the wall has not begun yet. We are cautiously optimistic about the wall, but are concerned that the machinery itself will not be fixed.
