Alarming Update on Excessive Noise at 901 W Civic Center

IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS!
We have been patient!
We have followed every suggestion given to us by City Staff and SAPD and the property representatives.
We have actively and consistently shown/written the abuse of our environment and health.
There has been NO CHANGE TO THE NOISE!

Violations from the building have gotten worse! In addition to the noise, neighbors now report:                                                                                 

- Large amounts of dust & debris littered onto their property from building construction. It is causing breathing problems for neighbors on Flower and Olive St.                                                                                   

-Alarming amounts of water runoff from cooling towers has created a mosquito breeding ground. OC Vector Control has found mosquitoes breeding in the run off from the cooling towers.   

-Untreated "blowoff" liquid coming out of towers is exposing neighbors to potential toxins

-Chemicals in water are being diverted into drains that lead to the ocean instead of draining into the sewer system

-Lack of security and poor condition of building attracts vagrants to the area. Evidence of drugs & human feces are found on site.

The City of Santa Ana is allowing 901 W Civic Center to violate multiple safety and health violation codes! This needs to come to a stop ASAP!
