Dear Residents of Tunbridge Wells, Frant and Wealden

The scale of the development proposals for our area is shocking—and we must act now. If these plans go ahead, we’ll be facing:

🚦 Gridlocked roads from East Sussex into Tunbridge Wells
🚗 Dangerous rat runs on local residential roads like Broadwater Down & St Mark’s Road
🚑 More pressure on GPs & local services with new retirement complexes
🌳 Irreversible loss of green spaces & AONB

A huge thank you to everyone who has been helping to raise awareness, but we urgently need a strong turnout at tonight’s Council meeting to stop this from happening.
