Stop the DWP (Government) illegally breaching claimant confidentiality

Stop the DWP (Government) illegally breaching claimant confidentiality
The Issue
Anyone, at almost any time, could find themselves in a Job Centre. Not just for finding a job - but say if making a claim following unemployment, or to top-up low wages, or deal with other benefit claims - unless of course you are very wealthy!
One day this could be you, or someone you care about. So would you care if you found out that going to a Jobcentre, does in many cases result in a breach of your privacy and human rights laws? This is because the Department of Work and Pensions, which is a part of the UK Government - is continually breaking the law!
In the majority of cases, people are required to discuss their requirements or situation, no matter how personal, in a public space - such as an open plan office - surrounded by other members of the public, who can often hear what is being discussed. Sometimes, people maybe having to discuss personal health or bereavement issues - making the situation even more sensitive, and humiliating.
One could even question whether this is a plan by the Government, to try and bully genuine claimants into not attending an interview, and thus giving them the opportunity to stop payments - especially for those who speak English, who can be readily heard and understood by other members of the public and staff in the vicinity.
I have read numerous cases whereby many individuals have been made ill as a result of Jobcentre public humiliation. Victims are far and wide - and include the elderly and those with mentally challenged illness, including PND and even ex forces personnel with PTSD. Apparently around just 30% of Jobcentre Plus buildings can accommodate a person within a private office space - although even in these cases, as far as I'm aware, these privacy options are not publicised or made easy to access - and are not offered freely.
Let's face it, it doesn't matter which party wins an election - it seems the 'Government' is still playing the same games - which seem to ultimately look after themselves, and protect their own jobs and wealth. Breaking the law, doesn't seem to be a problem for them. What ever happened to common decency and respect - and leading by example? Well I guess unless you are fortunate enough to have no money problems, then something like being treated so poorly in a Job Centre - isn't something you would ever hear about, or even maybe care about?
People who visit a Jobcentre, are humans too - and should be treated as such. And that means their basic rights such as that of privacy, and not to be publicly humiliated - should be observed by the Government - rather than being breached by an uncaring Government / DWP continuously breaking the law, and human rights.
Stop the DWP breaking the law - and protect your fellow citizens - as one day, it could be you or someone you care about who is the victim of this crime.
