Even AFTER the police raid on January 8th, the drug distribution in our neighborhood continues 24/7.  It's NOT HOMELESSNESS - - It's the SAME CAREER CRIMINALS & DRUGS!  There have been 3 DRUG RELATED MURDERS within 150 ft. of 401 N. Oleander Ave in 5 years (pending a 4th on Wild Olive this month.)  Meth, Fentanyl & Heroin are killing people, ruining lives and destroying our neighborhoods.

This petition is asking the City of Daytona Beach and the Daytona Beach Police Dept. to PROPERLY enforce all laws including but not limited to: compliance, building & over-occupancy laws and to detain and remove people for loitering and prowling, illegal camping, trespassing, prostitution, petty thefts and all enforceable crimes until this DECADES LONG siege on Zone 2 ends.
