The Turquoise Tower is in a holding pattern. But it’s still out there, and we have to remain on alert. The same builder (under a different LLC) has purchased the center where Ambrogio 15 and North Shore Printer NPS are located. This group has big (and I mean BIG) plans for this section of Pacific Beach. They are not going to just walk away from that.
If we don’t fight back, they will continue to blow up our community.
