We are still in a holding pattern. At this time, the developer is being quiet. We can’t get complacent. They may think they can wait us out. So, let’s show them they can’t.

One of the most important things we can do right now is grow the legal fund. Litigation has helped stop other developers’ overreach projects, and it may be our best bet.
