I've a couple of updates. 

On Friday 1 May a lorry careered off the A1 soutbound embankment and landed on the corner of the site as you can see from the photo. This is right next to an area of the site marked as an 'indicative play area' in the developer's application...

Following some concerns expressed by neighbouring Rutland County Council, it is not expected that this application will be considered by SKDC's planning committee before June. In the meantime, you can still post objections on the website here.
