There's a little good news...

Rutland County Council is considering this planning application as the neighbouring Planning Authority. The site is bordered by Rutland on three sides. As part of this consideration, both the local Highways Authority and the local Lead Flood Authority have objected to the application in its current form.  You can view all the Rutland documents here.

The application will be considered by RCC's full planning committee which will then make a recommendation to South Kesteven who will make the final decision.
