Many thanks for all of your constant support. We now have an incredible 83,000 signatures of people behind our campaign. You may have seen in the news that Ken is due to be released from the detention centre soon. We have spoken to Ken over the phone, and he is overwhelmed by the public response, and he is incredibly thankful for your help. It is your support for him that has helped achieved this result.

However, this is only a temporary reprieve. He is still subject to deportation and could be detained again at any time, putting him in exactly the same situation. What is needed to prevent Ken’s deportation permanently is for him to be granted asylum here in the UK, where he is safe from persecution.

To ensure that Ken remains in the UK where he is safe, we are now crowdfunding to cover his legal fees. This is vital for helping Ken, and we really need your support by donating whatever you can towards his ongoing legal battle.
