Back to court, again...

It's been a long time since we updated you.
Unfortunately our struggle continues.
The good news is that in November 2025 we won our court hearing 🥳 in the First Tier Immigration Tribunal.

However soon after that the Home Office appealed the judge's decision. So on 7th December we have to go through the whole thing again with the Upper Immigration Tribunal. 

As you can imagine this means more stress, more time and more money.
It’s a really good sign that we won it in the first instance.
It gives us a much better chance at winning it again. 
But we need to ask for your help once more. 
Can you help with one of the following ways?

• Come and support us with your presence outside the Upper Tribunal Immigration & Asylum chamber, 15-25 Bream's Buildings, London EC4A 1DZ on 7 December from 9:30am.
The extraordinary support we received last year made all the difference to our morale and also helps put pressure on the judges to recognise the seriousness of the case. 

• Support us by coming to Marcus' one-man show called Hanging by a Thread, which he continues to be touring around the country, all about his action and time in prison. Tickets are selling fast for Greenwich Theatre, the next London dates. Alternatively we’re looking at putting on shows in Exeter, Canterbury, Bristol, Edinburgh, Abergavenny etc. As soon as shows go live tickets will be available via linktr.ee/MarcusWithXR
