We finally have a court date for you. Next week on Monday 10th November we will appear at Taylor House Immigration Tribunal, Roseberry Avenue, London N1 to fight the Home Office against my deportation.
Our legal team are looking for a dignified, calm, polite and non-obstructive presence of supporters to gather outside at 9:15am. There will also be a Quaker Meeting for worship (people sitting on the pavement mostly in silence) which any supporters are welcome to join. If any of you would be able to come we would be hugely grateful for the support. 💚
This is the first deportation appeal hearing after Marcus was served the deportation order over 2.5 years ago. It's a single judge deciding and will set an important first basis on possible hearings to come and the effects on other conscientious protectors with non-UK passports in the future.
If you are unable to support by coming to show solidarity on Monday you can still help us hugely by donating to our legal fees which go up by the day.

We are truly grateful to every one of you who has signed this petition and followed our journey throughout this long process. Please keep your fingers crossed for us on Monday. We expect to get the result within a month and will let you know the outcome.
Love,
Marcus, Holly and the kids
