Is anyone engaged with this campaign a lawyer?

We have been contacted by the retired lawyer taking on BCTS in connection with logging on Mount Rose Swanson. In this lawyer's words:

"I have over 2000 pages of disclosure and understand how BCTS skirts all laws that fetter their ability to log: Old Growth, Wildlife Trees, Riparian, Watershed, At Risk Species, At Risk Ecological Communities, Rec Features, Archeological Sites and pre existing legal designations offering protection. You will need to examine all records in order to hold them to account both legally and professionally. You will likely have bases for complaints to the Forest Practices Board and Association of BC Professional Foresters. BCTS (Government) will get away with whatever they can get away with. The only route is to catch them out. BCTS will lie at will to maximize timber harvest and achieve their performance targets (and incentives). I will show you what to look for if you want to reach out. BCTS is cunning and they will say reassuring things, while behind closed doors, will plan how to skirt the laws protecting non timber values. Do not believe a word of their reassurance."

I'm wondering if someone with a legal background could help us by establishing contact with this lawyer and helping us to figure out how we can best lay the groundwork to fight BCTS (who apparantly doesn't fight fair)?
