Well I guess I should have expected to experience haters since I’ve put this out on social media. So far I’ve got a guy accusing me of telling outright lies, “pushing my agenda,” and being an environmental hypocrite. Another guy accuses me of starting this petition for “purely emotional and aesthetic reasons.” Some say that the proposed cut block is only proposed at this point and seem to trust that Forestry will assess the environmental concerns objectively.  And others (perhaps fairly) take issue with my use of “clear cut” rather than “cut block”. I’ll respond as politely and clearly as I can to people’s questions and even assumptions but I’m going to continue to do my best to hold Forestry to account and also to stop this project IN A WATERSHED from going forward.
