We have officially submitted our appeal today with Mountain View County along side our partners pause4change    
But the fight has just begun, we will be meeting to support our appeal within the next 30 days and we need your help!  
Here are a few thinks our supporters can do to help support our appeal.
 Please remember to remain professional and respectful when you are writing emails or voicing your concerns  
  All correspondence submitted on the appeal should be directed to the legislative@mvcounty.com email address for inclusion into the agenda package.
  Individuals should be aware that all correspondence received will be included on the agenda package exactly how it is received (unless there is language that is not appropriate for public dissemination) and as such parties should be cognizant of the amount of personal information that is being included with the package.
  Any individual that has sent correspondence on the file prior to the appeal being submitted that wants their information included in the package will need to resubmit through the legislative@mvcounty.com email.
  Any correspondence sent to anyone other than the legislative@mvcounty.com email is not guaranteed to be included and as such, I recommend that this be the single point of contact for communication on the file.
  Out of fairness for all parties, the County will not provide any comment on the file or questions that are posed relative to the development. As there will be a member of the Council eligible to sit on the SDAB for this file, Council will be unable to provide comment other than by noting that the file is currently under appeal.
