We are working hard to have our voices heard regarding the approved development of what is essentially a "puppy mill" down the road from us in the community of Dogpound.  
In the application, they state the intended use of bark collars to control noise, creating an indoor potty area to limit being outside, all in a 5,800 sqft building that will also double as their dwelling.  
To file an official appeal to the town council we need to raise  $450 to pay the appeal fee.
