Help Save Zeus – My Beloved Dog 🐾

My dog Zeus is not aggressive, he has never harmed anyone. His only “crime” is being born an American Bulldog. Because of a council ban, I am now being told he will be taken from me — even though he is neutered, registered, and has always been a gentle, loving companion.

Zeus and my little dog Bonnie are my family. They saved me through the darkest times of my life — escaping domestic violence, grieving the loss of my father, and rebuilding myself from nothing. When I cried, they comforted me. When I lost hope, they gave me strength. Without them, I don’t know if I would have survived.

I made mistakes — I didn’t know I needed a new exemption certificate when I moved house, and I didn’t realize the council housing contract banned certain breeds. But none of this changes the truth: Zeus is my family. He is safe. He has done nothing wrong. Zeus got neutered,  I got the certificate of exemption on my previous address but I never applied for a new one because I stayed in the same county, so I never think about that I need a new. And now Zeus life in danger!

Now the council wants to take him away from me forever. I cannot let that happen. Losing Zeus would break me.

I am fighting this in court, but I need your help. Please sign this petition to show that families should not be torn apart because of breed bans and bureaucracy. No loving, responsible dog parent should face losing their fur baby this way.
