The Clerks have been entering Orders impersonating both the Appellate and Supreme Court Judges that contradict Tennessee Law. They have been receiving instruction from Clerk of Courts James Hivner to miscarry justice to many Appellants not just me. I have exposed the on going corruption on my tik tok page "agnessmccurry96". I am a recipient of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Clerks have been working closely with the trial court judges in Washington County Tennessee to silence me. On February 7th 2023 while presenting my opening statement in Court and talking about my lawful permanent residency under the VAWA, Senior Judge Thomas Wright ordered me to be arrested and taken into custody. He wanted to force me to accept that my VAWA was expired which was false;Because I resisted he had me arrested. Judge Wright has refused to recuse himself from my case even in the presence of a federal lawsuit for unlawful incarceration. He is currently using his position to keep me away from my child and in the custody of my ex-husband Benjamin Mccurry. Benjamin Mccurry and his new wife Kelly Mccurry are abusing my son; They are both being protected by Department of children's Services (DCS), The Court of Appeals Clerks and The Attorney Generals Office under Jonathan Skrmetti. This is a dangerous conspiracy of State Sponsored Child Abuse currently going on in Tennessee. I managed to reach out to the White House after my unlawful incarceration and they opened a Department of Justice investigation for my son.
