Town of Caledon recommends increasing units in condo proposal

Hi everyone, 

It's been a while since I sent an update on the proposed condo unit in Caledon East (0 Atchison). 

Recommendations have been posted on the Town of Caledon web site in response to the amendment application by Pluribis Corp. On November 17, there will be a meeting to discuss and I believe approve/deny the staff recommendations.

In summary, the town's recommendations are that the condo building can proceed with 87 units. In fact, they are recommending 150 units, which is dependent on parking. Staff have also recommended that there are no further public meetings needed in consultation on this proposed development. 

So there you have it, folks. I am extremely disappointed in this recommendation to say the least. I will send another update once the November 17th meeting has happened. Thank you all for your support.
