They changed the concept plan! No vehicular access to the Schlagel neighbor except emergency access only!!! Thank you so much to everyone. I know it is because of the large amount of support in such a short period of time due to spreading the word.

Tyler Erickson spoke for Vista Residential Partners, the developer. Initially he spoke of "millennials can't afford homes" and then ended with saying Vista Residential Partners vision to build "apartment rentals". No discussion of price point. We still have a lot to find out if this is just another dollar for a developer or truly the city helping our current and future community members to attain homes that are affordable! Big difference!

We have opportunities to still influence the decision and be apart of the vision for growth of our community.
