Tomorrow is the virtual meeting with the City of Longmont Planning. Here is the link:

We will be asking for a second meeting for 3 important reasons:

1. Insufficient notice. The letters are dated April 11th due to the 14 day notice requirement for the meeting but many in the 1,000 ft radius did not receive the letter until late last week and some this week.

2. The meeting should be expanded beyond 1,000 feet radius of the property. The impact of 310 units and changing our roads is greater than 1,000 feet. Re-notice should include adjacent properties and communities that are impacted.

3. We will request the 2nd meeting hybrid, online and in-person to make accessible to everyone.
