Time and time again the CER have stated “the CEC are not associated with the CEC and we have no control on their operations”

Now that the contracts have been revealed we learn that that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Fact

1. The CER have and continues to contact the CEC to provide a list of “accredited persons” and solar modules and inverters at the tax payers cost of approximately $65,000 per year.

2. the CER have been negligent in failing to include absolutely ANY details of who should be on that list, how the list would be managed and any rights afforded to those on the list

3. The CER contracted out their responsibility under the renewable energy (electricity) act and regulations then denied any association with the contracted party.

4. The evidence had been provided from the CER.

You will feel sick reading this update, you will find it hard to accept. 

The CER MUST be held accountable!
