

Hello Supporters. Please see the following news article from ABC 10 regarding the City of Sacramento’s noncompliance with the Emergency Shelter and Enforcement Act passed by city voters in November:
Why is this important? Because the City of Sacramento does not think it is required to abide by the requirements outlined in the city code, including the location of shelter space created. Which includes the City’s OEC in Del Paso Regional Park.
