Frustrated in part by the continuing lack of a reply from Boris Johnson to date, never mind a meaningful dialogue, the campaign team took the extraordinary step of taking our plight direct to the London Mayor. At a recent Conservative Party fund raiser, we were able to 'join' the assembled crowd. Whilst still maintaining our respect for the ongoing process, it was felt that the direct approach was called for now given the urgency surrounding the stadium. A formal invitation was handed to Boris' team to attend a meeting at Plough Lane, and to enter into a formal discussion with ourselves. We await a reply to the invitation, as we also await a reply to our requests to hand in our petition. Whilst we wait, please keep signing the petition and encouraging your friends and family to do so. The more who sign the louder our voice becomes. "Keep the faith"
