The 1.2 MILLION TON Boston incinerator is being pushed as a green energy facility, or the Boston Alternative Energy Facility, but it is not green, it will pollute the air, sea and land and threaten the health and wellbeing of our children for the next 25 years at least. With climate change affecting everyone, this facility will produce nearly as much co2 as the equivalent size coal fired facility , its time these incinerators were banned. Waste will be brought to Boston from all around England, Scotland and from as far away as Belfast to be burned on the banks of the River Haven next to the Docks, this will be one of, if not the biggest incinerator in the country and it is planned for our little town. These incinerators are often planned for the poorer and more deprived areas as they see us as an easy target, they expect us to accept their lies about the emissions from these facilities. There is at least 3 schools within 1.5 miles of this planned facility. WE KNOW THEY WOULD NOT BUILD THIS INCINERATOR NEXT TO THEIR CHILDRENS SCHOOL, SO WHY SHOULD WE LET THEM BUILD IT NEXT TO OUR CHILDRENS SCHOOLS?            CONTACT BOSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL AND TELL YOUR COUNCILLOR "NO" TO THE BOSTON INCINERATOR ; CONTACT YOUR MP AND SAY "NO" TO THE BOSTON INCINERATOR
